ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE $15 DEPOSIT to book. NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT!!! The remaining balance can be paid in cash or with card at time of appointment. Card, Cashapp, and ApplePay payments have an additional processing fee Masks Are not Mandatory but the salon will be following Covid-19 guideline restrictions if you have any Covid like symptoms please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance with proof of COVID your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment Policy/Cancellations: There is a 10 minute grace period after the start of your appointment time. After 11 minutes an additional non-refundable $25 late fee will be added to your appointment total. **Anything after 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled and requires another deposit for booking. No Exceptions** Cancellations made AFTER 24 hours before appointment results in 20% of service being charged. NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED 50% of SERVICE BOOKED AN WILL PREVENT ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS! NO EXTRA PERSON/CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED!!! Please make sure you select every service you desire at the time of booking. Include all add-ons and soak offs as this will reserve adequate time for your appointment. In order to respect every clients appointment time there will be NO add-ons at time of appointment. PLEASE BE ON TIME. If you require a soak off please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before appointment.
